Whisperly Account & Data Deletion

Take full control of your data. This page explains how users of Whisperly can permanently delete their account and associated information.

🗑️ Delete Your Account From Within Whisperly

Whisperly includes a built-in account deletion feature.

Open Whisperly
Go to Settings
Select Account & Security
Open Manage Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your deletion request

Once confirmed, your account credentials and associated user data will be permanently removed.

📧 Can't Access the App?

If you no longer have access to Whisperly or cannot sign in, you may request deletion manually.

Account credentials
Profile information
Username and bio
Profile photos
Posts
Reels
Stories
Answers
Comments
Messages and conversations
Followers and following relationships
Privacy settings
User-generated content associated exclusively with the deleted account

🛡️ Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained where necessary for:

Fraud prevention
Security monitoring
Abuse investigations
Legal compliance
Regulatory obligations
Dispute resolution
Platform safety enforcement

⏳ Retention Period

Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 days.

Any information retained for legal, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes is typically stored for up to 90 days after account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
