Questions about Whisperly.
Official answers about the app, anonymous interaction and account support.
What is Whisperly?
Whisperly is a social app with profiles, posts, stories, reels, anonymous questions and messaging. The official website is thewhisperly.com.
Where can I download the official Whisperly app?
Use the Google Play listing for package com.nexalayer.whisperly, published under NexaLayer. The official website links to that listing.
Is Whisperly free to download?
The Google Play listing offers Whisperly as a free download. Paid services, including sponsored promotions, have their own terms and prices shown where offered.
How do I ask an anonymous question?
Open Ask Question from a profile where available, write your question, and check Ask Anonymously before sending. Do not include identifying details in the question text if you want to keep your identity out of it.
Can I message someone anonymously?
Where the recipient allows it, choose Message on their profile and then Message anonymously to start an anonymous conversation request. You can also choose Message as yourself.
Why is anonymous messaging unavailable for a profile?
Recipients can disable anonymous messages, and account restrictions or blocking can affect available actions. Respect these choices; use support if you think an option is not working correctly.
Does anonymous mean no data is collected?
No. Anonymous interaction concerns the identity displayed to other users. Whisperly still processes account, content and activity information as described in its privacy policy.
Is an anonymous question the same as a private message?
No. A question prompts an answer; a message starts or continues a conversation. Anonymous describes identity, while private describes the intended audience. Check the controls for each feature.
How do I report unwanted content?
Use the reporting controls in the app or contact support@thewhisperly.com. Include enough context to identify the content, but never share your password or sign-in codes.
How do I delete my Whisperly account?
Follow the account deletion page for the in-app path and email request option. The page also explains which information may be retained and for how long.
Where is Whisperly on Instagram?
The official Instagram profile supplied by the Whisperly team is @thewhisperly at instagram.com/thewhisperly.
Is Whisperly available on iOS?
