Whisperly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, hate speech, violent threats, spam, impersonation, illegal activity, and content that endangers users or communities.
Users can report accounts, posts, reels, stories, messages, comments, replies, and other content from inside the app or by contacting support@thewhisperly.com. We review reports, remove violating content, restrict or disable accounts when appropriate, preserve relevant evidence where legally required, and cooperate with valid law enforcement or regulatory requests.
Whisperly complies with applicable child safety laws and reports apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation activity to the relevant regional and national authorities where required by law, including appropriate child safety hotlines or law enforcement channels. We do not tolerate attempts to use Whisperly to exploit, harm, contact, solicit, or endanger minors.
Payments
Payments for sponsored ads may be processed through a third-party payment gateway. Whisperly may store safe transaction references, payment status, package details, and related ad information, but does not store card numbers, CVV, or sensitive banking details.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online system is completely risk-free, and users should keep their account credentials secure.
Data Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.
