Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refund and cancellation rules for Whisperly sponsored ads and promotional services.

Sponsored Ads

Sponsored ads are digital promotional services purchased inside the Whisperly app. Users select an ad package, submit ad details, and complete payment before the ad enters review.

Before Approval

If a sponsored ad has not yet been approved or activated, cancellation or refund eligibility may be reviewed based on payment status, review status, and whether any promotional delivery has started.

After Activation

Once an ad is approved and active, refunds are generally not available because the promotional service has begun. Deleting a post with an active ad may stop the ad, but payment may not be refunded.

Rejected Ads

If an ad is rejected due to policy violations, unsafe content, misleading claims, or incomplete information, Whisperly may allow corrections and resubmission where applicable. Refund eligibility may depend on the reason for rejection and payment processing status.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, is duplicated, or is charged incorrectly, users should contact support with transaction details. Valid duplicate or incorrect charges may be reviewed for correction or refund.
