Privacy, safety and account control on Whisperly.

Understand the service before you share. Find the policies, reporting contacts and account tools in one place.

Understand anonymous interaction

Anonymous features concern the identity displayed to other users for a particular interaction. They do not mean Whisperly collects no information, or that details written into a message cannot identify you. Review the selected mode and what your content reveals before sending.

The privacy policy explains collection, use, security and retention. For feature-specific choices, read about anonymous messages and anonymous questions.

Report unwanted content

Use the reporting controls in the app for accounts or content, or contact support@thewhisperly.com. Include the relevant username or content reference and a short explanation so the team can understand the issue. Never send a password or sign-in code.

The existing privacy policy states that reports are reviewed and that violating content or accounts may be removed or restricted. It also describes cooperation with valid legal requests and child-safety reporting where required. See the community standards guide for a readable summary of prohibited conduct.

Respect recipient choices

Recipients can disable anonymous messages. Available actions may also depend on account restrictions or blocking. Do not create new accounts or use other features to pressure someone who has chosen not to interact with you.

Manage or delete your account

The account deletion page explains the path in the app and the email option if you cannot sign in. It also lists information that may be retained and published retention periods. Consult that page for the full details before making a request.

Understand paid promotions

Sponsored content is subject to review and payment verification. Read how sponsored ads work and the refund and cancellation policy before purchasing a promotion.

Find the authoritative policy

This centre helps you navigate existing guidance; it does not replace the terms or privacy policy. For questions about how they apply to your account, use the official support contacts.
