Use of Whisperly
Users must use Whisperly responsibly and must not upload, share, promote, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unsafe content.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under their account. Whisperly may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate platform rules.
User Content
Users retain responsibility for content they upload or submit. By posting content, users allow Whisperly to display and distribute that content within the app according to selected visibility settings and platform functionality.
Sponsored Ads
Sponsored ads are subject to review and approval. Whisperly may reject, pause, remove, or restrict ads that violate our policies, contain unsafe content, mislead users, or fail to meet quality standards.
Payments
Users purchasing sponsored ads must provide accurate information. Payment confirmation does not guarantee approval of ad content. Approved ads may run according to selected package rules and platform availability.
Service Availability
Whisperly aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, improve, or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical requirements.
