These Creator Account Terms supplement Whisperly’s general Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy. By applying for or maintaining a Creator account, you agree to these requirements.

1. Creator Account Eligibility

Whisperly Creator accounts are intended for authentic individuals who publish original content and maintain a recognizable creator identity.

To qualify for approval, you must:

• Own and control the account submitting the application.
• Provide accurate and complete application information.
• Upload an original profile photograph clearly showing your own face.
• Publish at least 10 original reels and 5 original posts featuring your own clearly visible face.
• Maintain an account that complies with Whisperly’s policies.

Meeting these minimum requirements makes your account eligible for review. It does not guarantee approval.

2. Minimum Content Requirements

The required 10 reels and 5 posts must be separate, qualifying uploads published on the account for which approval is requested.

For content to qualify:

• Your face must be clearly recognizable. A brief, incidental appearance or a small face overlay added solely to meet the requirement is insufficient.
• The content must be original and meaningfully distinct. Duplicate uploads, repeated versions of substantially identical content, and reposts do not count as separate qualifying uploads.
• The content must remain published and accessible to Whisperly’s review team.
• Deleted, archived, expired, or anonymous content does not count toward the minimum.
• Stories do not replace the required reels or posts. A reel cannot also be counted as one of the five posts.

Content featuring another person’s face does not satisfy the requirement to show your own face.

3. Faceless Accounts

Faceless accounts are not eligible for Creator approval.

Accounts primarily consisting of anonymous uploads, quotations, memes, compilations, screen recordings, stock media, AI-generated personalities, or other material that does not establish the applicant’s recognizable identity do not qualify.

Occasional content without your face may be published where otherwise permitted, but it does not count toward the face-visible minimum. Uploading a few qualifying items solely to obtain approval and then converting the account into a faceless content account may result in withdrawal of Creator status.

4. Profile Photograph and Identity

Your profile photograph must be a clear, genuine photograph of you with your face visible.

Logos, avatars, illustrations, celebrity photographs, another person’s photograph, AI-generated faces, and images that conceal or materially misrepresent your identity are not acceptable for Creator approval.

Ordinary photographic adjustments are permitted provided they do not prevent identity recognition. Whisperly may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to confirm account ownership or authenticity.

A display name or professional name may be used where permitted, but information supplied privately for identity checks must be accurate.

5. Application Review and Continuing Eligibility

Whisperly may approve, decline, or request further information about an application based on these requirements and the account’s compliance history.

You must continue to maintain an authentic profile photograph and the minimum qualifying content after approval. If deleting or archiving content causes your account to fall below the required minimum, your eligibility may be reviewed.

Creator approval does not automatically provide a verification badge, subscription benefits, monetization access, guaranteed distribution, or preferential treatment in moderation.

6. Content Ownership and Conduct

You must own your content or hold the permissions necessary to publish it, including permissions for music, images, video, and other protected material. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the permissions granted under Whisperly’s general Terms of Service.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Submit stolen content or misleading ownership claims.
• Purchase or manipulate followers, views, likes, comments, or Whispers.
• Use bots, coordinated abuse, or fraudulent transactions to obtain approval or earnings.
• Publish content that violates Whisperly’s Community Guidelines or applicable law.

Paid promotions and commercial relationships must be disclosed where required by applicable law and Whisperly’s advertising policies.

7. Creator Earnings and Whispers

Creator account approval and Creator Earnings approval are separate.

Access to earnings and withdrawals depends on the requirements displayed in the app, including supported regions, identity verification, verified payout details, and applicable withdrawal conditions. Creator Earnings applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Not every Whisper balance is eligible for cash withdrawal. Rates, thresholds, and payout conditions are governed by the Creator Earnings terms presented to you.

Deleting a post, answer, or reel that earned Whispers may deduct those Whispers from your available profile balance. Archiving content preserves those Whispers, although archived content does not count toward Creator approval requirements.

Creator status does not guarantee income, a particular level of engagement, or approval of a payout.

8. Restrictions, Removal, and Appeals

Whisperly may restrict Creator features, decline an application, or remove Creator status if eligibility requirements are no longer met or there is evidence of impersonation, fraud, policy violations, or misleading application information.

Where appropriate, Whisperly will explain the decision and provide an opportunity to correct the issue or request a review. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to address serious abuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

You may contact Whisperly through the in-app Help Center to ask about a decision or submit an appeal. Any review of earnings or payouts remains subject to the applicable Creator Earnings terms and law.

9. Privacy and Policy Changes

Application, identity, and payout information is handled according to Whisperly’s Privacy Policy. Do not publish identity documents or financial information as profile content.

Whisperly may update these terms as its services and eligibility requirements evolve. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-app notice or other available channel, with an effective date and any applicable transition period.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicant Declaration

By submitting your Creator application, you confirm that:

• The account represents you and the profile photograph shows your own face.
• You have published at least 10 qualifying reels and 5 qualifying posts showing your face.
• Your application information is accurate and your content complies with these terms.
• You understand that faceless accounts are ineligible and that approval remains subject to review and ongoing compliance.
